Nordic Walking in Wylam
If you would like to learn to Nordic Walk or develop your technique. If you enjoy walking with a group of like minded people and enjoy the beauty of the Wylam area. Then why not join us every Wednesday evening from 6.30 pm.
Sessions and walks will be provided by Julie, the owner of Strolls With Poles. Julie has been Nordic Walking since 2005 and is an experienced Nordic Walking Instructor, so you are in good hands.
The format for the sessions will include:
- Provision of a set of poles (properly set up according to your height) – if needed (poles provided free of charge);
- A warm up session;
- Instruction, as required, on the INWA 10 Step Method ™;
- A 3-4 mile walk; and
- A cool down/stretching session.
